Job Description

You will own the end-to-end design of our client portals and internal engineering tools, from research and flows to polished, production-ready interfaces. You will work side by side with developers and engineers who care about getting details right.

Responsibilities

Run discovery with engineers and clients to define user needs and success measures
Design flows, wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma
Maintain and extend our design system and component library
Partner with front-end developers through build, review and QA
Test designs with real users and iterate on the findings

Qualifications

3+ years designing web or product interfaces
A portfolio showing process as well as polished outcomes
Strong grasp of accessibility (WCAG 2.2) and responsive design
Clear written and verbal communication

Nice to Have

Experience with data-heavy or dashboard interfaces
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
Background in engineering or construction
