Job Description

You will bridge our engineers, delivery teams and technology group, documenting processes, defining requirements and measuring the impact of what we ship.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and document business and technical requirements
  • Map current and future-state processes
  • Build dashboards and reports to track delivery performance
  • Write user stories and acceptance criteria with the tech team
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder reviews

Qualifications

  • 3+ years as a business or systems analyst
  • Strong SQL and spreadsheet/BI skills
  • Structured thinking and excellent written communication

Nice to Have

  • Experience in engineering or professional services
  • Power BI or Tableau
